If basic phone support does not resolve your issue, Remote Support may be the next best option. While On-Site or In-House Services may be best, Remote Support may offer a quicker, more efficient option than having your service brought to our retail location or scheduling a technician to come to your location.

• How do I know if I need a Remote Support Solution?
For businesses, Remote Support is a standard, included option, for all our managed service programs. If your business requires quick access to a specialist, Remote Support may be the solution.
For home users, Remote Support can resolve basic issues quickly and effectively.
For both types of customers, Remote Support is a quick and effective way to try to resolve non-critical computer issues.

• Should I schedule a Remote Support Appointment when I have a computer issue?
We suggest contacting us first to discuss the issue. If basic phone support does not resolve your issue, the representative will suggest a Remote Support Appointment or an In-House/On-Site appointment depending on your specific issue.
