Flash Tech offers 3 types of service solutions. Contact Us to discuss your particular issue. Below are our standard rates. We also offer contract, discount and all-inclusive rates which lower costs significantly.
The first is In-Store. Services brought to our store are billed at $55 per half hour. We receive approvals for work by the hour ($110). The second is On-Site. We bill $160 per hour by the hour. Appointments start when the technician leaves our store and end when they leave your location. Our 3rd option is remote support. We bill $160 per hour by the half hour.
We also have Priority Emergency Service which offers a 2 hour response during normal business hours and service during off-hours and holidays.
With any service, if we require more time, need to sell you something, or do something drastic, we will contact you first to get your approval.

Remote Support Disclaimer By purchasing the remote service and/or downloading and installing the remote support software, you agree that:
You will allow Flash Tech., Inc. to view your desktop and have virtual control of your mouse and keyboard for remote support purposes. You are an authorized user of this computer system and have the authority to allow Flash Tech., Inc. to access this system for remote support purposes. In no event shall Flash Tech., Inc., be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages. Such excluded incidental, indirect and consequential damages shall include but shall not be limited to lost profits or damages resulting from loss of use or lost data however caused, including negligence and regardless of the form of action, whether in contract or tort, even if Flash Tech., Inc., has been advised, knew or should have known of the possibility of such incidental, indirect or consequential damages. Flash Tech., Inc., will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due in whole or in part to any cause beyond the reasonable control of Flash Tech., Inc.. That remote support is a paid service and you or your company will be billed at our normal hourly rate in 1/2 hour increments. Unpaid invoices beyond 30 days may incur late charges.
