purposes. You are an authorized user of this computer
system and have the authority to allow Flash Tech.,
Inc. to access this system for remote support
purposes. In no event shall Flash Tech., Inc.,
be liable for any special, incidental, indirect
or consequential damages. Such excluded incidental,
indirect and consequential damages shall include
but shall not be limited to lost profits or damages
resulting from loss of use or lost data however
caused, including negligence and regardless of
the form of action, whether in contract or tort,
even if Flash Tech., Inc., has been advised, knew
or should have known of the possibility of such
incidental, indirect or consequential damages.
Flash Tech., Inc., will not be liable for any
failure or delay in performance due in whole or
in part to any cause beyond the reasonable control
of Flash Tech., Inc.. That remote support is a
paid service and you or your company will be billed
at our normal hourly rate in 1/2 hour increments.
